Children may attend Freetown Friends for two, three or five days per week. Tuition is charged monthly, based on the number of days your child attends school. Tuition rates for the 2014-2015 school year are:

  Tuesday & Thursday $230 per month
Monday, Wednesday & Friday $310 per month
Monday through Friday $475 per month

The optional "lunch bunch" can be added at $10 extra per day.


A one time $25 non-refundable registration fee, a $100 annual supplies fee (includes healthy snack, juice, all art supplies, play dough, wipes, etc.) and a security deposit equal to one month's tuition is due at time of enrollment. This deposit becomes your last month's tuition. If enrolling mid-year, the supplies fee will be prorated.

Children are allowed to schedule make-up days if they are absent, as space allows. There will be no refunds for days missed, and each month's tuition is equal.

A one month notice is required to terminate enrollment. If less than one month notice is given, security deposit will not be refunded.


Virginia law requires the following forms to be completed before attending our program:
  1. 2015-2016 Application Form - Collects general family information for the initial school enrollment process
  2. Medical Care Immunization Form - Specifies required immunizations with dates received, signed by parent and physician
  3. Family Information and Emergency Forms - Specifies pertinent telephone numbers, addresses and emergency contacts
  4. All About My Child Form - Provides Freetown Friends with specific details of your child (optional)
